The ADP-Techline is a fee-based diagnostic service embedded in the Scan-1 OBD II scanner PC based scanner. If you get stuck, simply give us a call and get one-on-one diagnostic help. The fee for the Techline will be a per-case flat rate of $24.99 for a 72 hour period for the same vehicle and the same problem. That means you may call us as many times as needed for the same problem vehicle, within a 72 hour period. It’s that simple.

Our Techline-Service is now fully integrated to the Scan-1 OBD II scanner software. With our latest free update, you get this capability built into the scan tool itself. The Techline service allows us to link with your PC over the Internet, while it's connected to the vehicle that you're working on. Just give us a call, set an appointment so that one of our technicians can call you back and you're done. You must first open an account with us, using a credit card number. You don't have to buy or pay anything in advanced. When you call us, at that moment and only at that moment we deduct the diagnostic fee from your credit card. The fee is a flat rate if $24.99 per case (not per hour). This makes for a fair and efficient service.

The ADP-Techline-Service is the only one of its kind. This is the first automotive technical hotline whereby our technicians can LINK-Directly to your PC over the Internet.
