Music from our Videos: Our company develops and produces the training videos you see above. We also compose and record the background music for our DVD-Videos. Over the years most of our customers have expressed their interest in getting these melodies. In this section you can browse and even listen to a sampling of each of our CD albums. This music is found nowhere else and was made exclusively for our training DVDs.
YouTube Videos: Our Scan-1 and Mr. BOB DLC equipment products are equipped with Video-Troubleshooter technology. But what is Video-Troubleshooter Technology? Simply put whenever you retrieve a DTC or PID (data parameter) with the Scan-1 you have the option of viewing a Help-Video-Troubleshooter clip. These are 1 to 3 minute concise repair video-clips made exclusively for the Scan-1 Diagnostic System. Some of these videos are posted on YouTube and can be accessed through this section. This is another way to let you sample more of our technology so as to allow you to sample and compare.
Teacher and Instructor Services: If you've browsed our website you might have noticed that training is the the top of our list. With this in mind, we came up with ways to help the field and school instructor attain the goal of exposing automotive diagnostic technology in a visually enticing manner. We offer the Scan-1 (Demo-Simulation Section) download and all it's training tools free of charge so long as it's used for in class or field training. We also allow trainers and schools to use excerpts of our books to be copied and used as handouts so long as our website is posted somewhere on the document. Firemans/Rescue Program: An often ignored health risk to firemen and rescue personnel are Hybrid Vehicle High Voltage Ultra Capacitors. These are your grandfather's radio small condenser capacitors. Hybrid Vehicle Systems may operate with as much as 500 volts, which could kill instantly. Our goal with this program is to disseminate the required knowledge to safely approach a Hybrid vehicle during an accident. Over the years many fire departments have obtained training material, free of charge (just pay shipping) in the form of DVD-Videos. If you're a fire department administrator just give us a call and get in the program, remember, it won't cost you a cent.
What's Coming: Here we expose our customer base to our future plans. We encourage you to e-mail us with suggestions and ideas. A good portion of our technology is idealized with your help. We're the only company that can implement a customer suggestion or analysis within a very short period of time. An example is our Scan-1, which also has what we call SBI (scanner bureau of investigation) section. When faced with a software issue they simply paste the SBI report and press the Send button. Usually within 24 to 48 hours we've solve the problem or implemented a new feature and posted to our website. That level of support/development is found nowhere else. Misfire Hound: The Misfire-Hound is a new technology in development which may reach the consumer independently (like Mr. BOB DLC) or may be added to the Scope-1 Intelligent Waveform Recognition System. M.H. is based on the concept of digital analysis of the signal to build and detect faulty ignition waveforms, which are extremely difficult to analyze and master. By far ignition problems are a constant source of confusion to the vast majority of automotive technicians. The M.H. System will remove the complexity of analyzing ignition waveforms and provide the final results in a visually simple and self explanatory way. We'll remove the learning curve for you. Electric Eel Sensor Simulator: The E.E.S.S is a PC/Laptop based concept which will allow the technician to manufacture (synthesize) any automotive waveform, whether repeating or vehicle specific. This technology will make it possible for an automotive technician to simulate or make a sensor's waveform, rather than purchase the sensor itself to try it out. No more part swapping. Just program the E.E.S.S. interface to the year, make and model, and the sensor in question and you'll be ready to produce the same sensor signal output. E-mail us with suggestions.
