We warrant that all out products are
operating as described and free of defects. In the event
that a defective item is received, please contact us
immediately. We will replace the defective item free of
charge and at no shipping cost to you. If you've purchased
extended 3 year warranty for your electronic equipment,
then it is also govern by this same policy, but with the
extended time period.
We also guarantee our automotive diagnostic electronic
equipment products for one (1) year. If any of our
electronic equipment products fail within that year, we'll
replace it free of charge, including shipping costs.
In the event that you're not satisfied with any of our
electronic equipment products, we do not have a return
policy for properly operating equipment. We will however
work with you on an exchange on a case by case basis for a
similarly priced product(s). In such an event, then
additional fees may apply in addition to shipping costs. A
re-stocking fee of no higher than 25% of the purchase
price may qualify as the additional fee.
We also warrant our books, DVDs and Software products to
be defect free. Our books, DVDs and software products are
non-refundable. If the said books or DVDs came from
another vendor, like Amazon.com or any other, then said
vendor is responsible for the products. We design and
develop all our products and do not resale any other items
that is not made or developed by us. If you have any
